What is Screebl?
A reporting platform for marketing agencies and freelancers. You turn campaign data into branded, interactive web dashboards and share them with clients through one secure link, instead of sending static Excel or PowerPoint files.
How do I get my data in?
Upload one Excel or CSV export per report and assign its columns to each chart, KPI and table. Suggest can choose the metrics for you. You can also type or paste values into any block by hand. Text, image and map blocks are always filled by hand.
Which export formats are available?
PDF (a table version and a visual copy of the dashboard), Excel and CSV. PowerPoint export is in development.
Do you connect to ad platforms directly?
Not yet. Integrations with ad platforms and DSPs are in active development. Today, data comes from files you upload.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Reports can carry your agency logo, and on higher plans your client's logo too. Each agency can also have its own sub-domain, such as youragency.screebl.ai.
Sharing and clients
Do my clients need an account to see a report?
No. A published report opens from its link. You can protect it with a client access key, and invited clients can also sign in to a portal that lists all their reports.
Can I stop someone from opening a report?
Yes. Change the client's access key and old links stop working for anyone without the new key.
What is the report assistant?
An AI assistant on shared reports that answers your client's questions about the numbers. It only appears when the campaign has a written brief, so it always has context to work with.
Plans and billing
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We set up trial accounts personally so we can help you get started. Email info@screebl.ai.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans cost 20% less than paying monthly and are billed once for twelve months.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens if I reach my plan limits?
You keep everything you have created. To add more clients, campaigns or reports, move to a higher plan.
Security and privacy
Where is my data stored?
Our servers and file storage run on Amazon Web Services in the EU (Stockholm and Frankfurt). Some providers, such as our sign-in and AI providers, may process data outside the EU. Our Privacy Policy lists them all.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. AI features run through OpenAI's API, which does not use API data to train its models by default. Suggest only sends your column names and brief, never the rows of data.
Who can see my agency's data?
Only the people you give access to, according to their role. Clients see only the reports you publish for them.
